Singing is good for you!
According to an article in The Times last Saturday, singing is good for you because:
It boosts memory and brain power.
It increases levels of stress-busting hormones.
It can stop you snoring.
It fights anxiety and depression.
It helps breathing and has similar benefits to yoga.
It can boost your immunity.
It can help you learn foreign languages.
ht like to join.
Best regards.
